Pregnancy and motherhood
Your body changes every few weeks, so a group class can't keep up. In private sessions, every posture, breath and relaxation is adapted to your trimester, your energy that day and your doctor's advice.
Before conception
A steady routine for hormone balance, healthy weight and lower stress, especially helpful alongside PCOD or thyroid treatment.
Weeks 1 to 13
We go slowly while your body adjusts. The focus is breathing, relaxation and easing tiredness and nausea, once your doctor says you're ready.
Weeks 14 to 27
Often the most comfortable stage. We build strength for the months ahead and ease common aches as your bump grows.
Weeks 28 to 40
Supported, gentle postures with more rest, plus breathing and positions that can help you stay calm during labour.
After your doctor's clearance
Gentle postnatal yoga to rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, ease back pain from feeding and carrying, and lift your mood.
Your safety first. Please get your doctor's approval before starting and share any complications. Pregnancy yoga supports your medical care; it never replaces it.
Why one-to-one

What I've learned is that yoga works best when it's personal. In a one-to-one class I can watch your posture, correct you on the spot and change the plan when your body needs it.
"Yoga should fit the person, not the other way around."

Yes. Many students start as complete beginners. You begin with simple postures and breathing and progress at your own pace.
Share any condition, injury, surgery or medication before your trial and Jyoti will adapt the practice. Yoga supports medical treatment but does not replace it, so please keep your doctor informed.
Most women start once their doctor confirms the pregnancy is healthy, often from the second trimester, though breathing and Garbh Sanskar meditation can begin earlier. You can also start later in pregnancy.
Yes, and it's encouraged. Couple sessions include breathing, relaxation and bonding practices you can continue together at home.
Usually after your postnatal check-up, when your doctor clears you for exercise. This is often around six weeks after a normal delivery and later after a C-section.
Classes run Monday to Friday between 7 am and 7 pm India time, with morning, afternoon and evening slots. Each session is 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Home sessions are currently available in Noida Extension (Greater Noida West) and nearby areas. Online sessions are available everywhere, with the same personal attention.
